Flu Season - Skip the Shot!

Here we are at that time of the year which those in the medical community call ‘Flu Season.’  Most people never question why it always occurs at this time of the year.  Most people never ask why they got the flu right after getting the shot.  If you ask your doctor, they will typically reply that you would have been worse had you gotten the flu without the shot.  I’d like them to show me a study that has ever come to that conclusion.  They can’t, because it’s impossible to do!  So why do you believe it?  I hear so many people tell me they got the flu soon after getting the flu shot.  Medicine says that’s not possible, it’s a killed virus.  Then why does it seem to happen so many times?

Do you know what’s in a flu shot?  It’s a slurry of many things, but the most toxic ingredient is Thimerosol.  It is 49% mercury by volume.  Mercury is a known and proven neurotoxin.  It is particularly damaging to young brain cells.  The EPA says mercury has a safe limit of 0.1 micrograms (mcgs) per kilo of body weight, per day.  Each shot contains about 12 mcgs of mercury, which, by EPA standards is unsafe for anyone weighing less than 265lbs.  If the EPA says it’s not safe to eat or breathe that much, why is it safe to inject directly into your blood stream, bypassing all the natural detoxification methods of the body?

Unfortunately, the flu vaccination rates of our senior citizens have risen from about 15% in 1980 to almost 65% today.  Besides the huge increase, there has been no discernible decrease in deaths from the flu.  This study was published in “The American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,” in September 2008.

A systematic review of 51 studies, published in “The Cochran Database of Systematic Reviews,” in 2006, found no evidence that the flu vaccine is any more effective than placebo in children under 2, the exact group they say needs it the most, so they don’t die!  Those studies involved 260,000 children ages 6 to 23 months.  So why does medicine still push flu shots?  It must be the money.

To that point, do you remember the H1N1 Swine flu scare in 2009?  The government and big pharma made it into a worldwide pandemic.  Do you want to know the real story?  It is likely the biggest fraud and cover up in health industry history!  By the time the WHO elevated its pandemic alert from 5 to 6 in June 2009, the Australians had already shown this flu to be 40 times less lethal than regular flu, have mild symptoms, quick recovery times and low incidence of death in the vast majority of H1N1 patients around the world.  Within one week of those findings, the WHO simply instructed countries to stop confirming H1N1 with lab studies, and treat all flu as H1N1 because it was so ubiquitous!  This meant anything close to flu symptoms were recorded as H1N1, thereby making the pandemic influenza look worse than it was.

Here’s what the “Journal of the American Medical Association” said in retrospect, about the H1N1 pandemic: “Serious complications of the swine flu were no more likely in adults and kids than seasonal flu.  H1N1 swine flu was shown to be milder than seasonal strains.”  Wow!  If your government and big medicine outright lie to you about the flu, how can we believe much of what they say?  Why does this occur?  Ask the government of the United States how many million doses of Tamiflu it bought from the drug companies, and then threw away.  It numbers in the millions, and that’s just here in the US.

From where I stand, trying to prevent the flu, naturally, is the only way to help you through the “flu season.”  Shots are proven to be worthless, so why not try something new?

The research shows that vitamin D may be the answer.  Most colds are believed to be caused by bacteria, but that is not correct.  Colds are viruses, so antibiotics are useless.  Deficiency of vitamin D is the true culprit in “flu season.”  Think about it, less time in the sun, and less sunshine available, leads to deficiency.  Monitor your levels of vitamin D with blood tests for accurate dosing.  In general, 8000-10000 iu of vitamin D per day for most adults will get your blood levels to the 50 to 70 mg/dl range.  To take care of a cold, the therapeutic dose of vitamin D is 2000 iu per kilogram of body weight.  1 kilo = about 2.2 lbs.  These doses are taken each day for 3 days, at the first signs of a cold.  This could be super-size doses if you are on the larger side, but they are safe for 3 days, and it works.

Other steps you can take to avoid succumbing to the flu is to reduce your intake of processed foods and sugars, get enough rest, exercise, take a good, animal based, omega-3 supplement and wash your hands often.  You also want to stay away from hospitals.  They are a breeding ground of infections of all kinds.  Only go if you need emergency care or expert medical care.

Another home remedy for upper respiratory infections is to place a few drops of 3% H2O2 (regular hydrogen peroxide) in one ear, let it in until the bubbling stops, drain and repeat in the other ear.  I have no idea how this works, but you will be surprised at how you respond.

The truth is the flu can be deadly…but most of the time, it is not.  By using some of the preventive and curative home remedies, you will be able to confidently kiss the expensive, worthless cures goodbye.  Go natural, it works.
